What's the age limit to get into TIPA? Is this government-funded or self-funded? How long the programme is? What qualifications/degrees do you get after the programme? I am not an experienced one in this regard but some obvious places would be Bhagsunath, Dalai Lama temple, Tipa area, Dal lake/Upper TCV, Inclover mall & maximus mall. U can go to Bir/Chauntra, which is about 3 hours in Bus from Dharamshala . There r temples in Bir and Chauntra , Dzongsar temple in Chauntra especially has Green Tara statue on the upper floor, right side . It's sacred .
