From my limited understanding of elven subclasses, mostly done through experience playing tabletop games and seeing artwork of the different subclasses, blood elves are the most likely to engage in cult activity. You can always count on them to be manipulative, gaslighting, and usually blood thirsty, heck it's in the name. And D&T has done some scenarios playing into exactly the type of personality expected from them. I am definitely missing context for this sweet one (Arlen?) in recovery from some malady or other. I believe in judging someone based on their personal behavior, not the stereotypical behavior of their race, culture, class, or even species in larger fantasy. He's a sweet thing.
