hi should i apply to the trinity one program ? any thoughts ?
@bela.at.trinity9 ай бұрын
Yes, 100% such a great program! Consider Vic One as well! I’m planning a video talking about them soon

@@bela.at.trinity are there any disadvantages to taking it ? i’m not sure if i would thrive in a program like trin one tbh (based on the structure), such as the public speaking aspect
@bela.at.trinity9 ай бұрын
Every program is different, maybe shop around and see if there's another that aligns with you more. My Vic One had no public speaking element, for example. The only disadvantage I can think of is that it takes up 2.0 of the 5.0 credits in first year, so it does limit your freedom in what courses you can take. @@faerievx
@bela.at.trinity9 ай бұрын
@@faerievx I would suggest applying even if you are unsure to keep your options open, you can always turn it down if you reflect on it further and come to the realization that it truly isn't for you.

@@bela.at.trinity as someone who did Trinity One - i had an amazing experience. my course was participation and speaking in our small cohort focused. in addition, we had assignments in both courses and a research presentation for both as well so public speaking for my time in that course was important at times! I'm excited for bela's upcoming video to bring more insight into these programs!

Hi Bela! I hope you are well! I loved your content and it has been such a joy to watch your videos :) I got my acceptance from Trinity not so long ago, and I had some questions that I wanted to ask. If you are comfortable with it, is there any social media account of yours where I can ask some of my questions to you? Thank you so much!
@bela.at.trinity8 ай бұрын
Hiiiii :) Congrats on your acceptance! You can dm me on instagram @isebelasousa. I have a private account so it will be a message request but I monitor those types of dms regularly so we can chat there!

hey! i just wanted to ask you about whether or not the rumours surrounding uoft’s academic deflation are true? ive heard that uoft KILLS grad school chances and i really don’t know how true that is but it has still gotten me worried! this is specifically for humanities btw and thanks for your videos!
@bela.at.trinity7 ай бұрын
I study humanities and I haven't experienced my grades being curved down. I find it to be more of a sciences thing for grades to be curved period. I don't think my grad school chances have been killed lol and I know many people who are going to Oxford, Cambridge, etc so clearly they managed to thrive here!
