Takumi and azusa's fate Takumi tried to look for another job at the same industry, but word got out already stating that he was notorious for making every mistake on each order without apologizing and is unable to land one, he was forced to work multiple part time jobs from driving a taxi to a factory. Azusa's fate was worse, she went to a bar to flirt with single, high spec men but none of them want anything to do with her and shot her down, leaving her disheartened until she found the man that would provide for her, but to her dismay that the man who she found turned out to be a low level employee with 5 figures and worst of all, he was married with a child, and when his wife found out, Azusa got sued for damages, then, her parents were furious with her, they disowned her and kicked her out of the family, with the alimony payment on top of her head, she called Wataru but she was blocked already. She had no choice but to borrow money from a consumer credit company since she had no savings left because of the alimony and she used the money to start a business of her own, but her company went under in 6 months, from what Wataru heard from an ex-employee at her company, she was up to her neck in debt now, nobody's heard from or seen her ever since. 60 years later, Azusa now in her eighties and frail from being worn out from the hard labor she did at a factory to where she was sent by the debt collectors to pay off her debt from her failed company returns to town, she arrives at a cafe where she sees Wataru and his grandchild looking happy and she falls into depression with regret that she should've focused on the inside and not look down on people based on career, money and status, but now it's too late to fix things and there's nothing she can do about it.

Please when you make any story like this, at least make the MC not being too nice when he ran into his ex. It’s bugging me seeing MC being spineless while being thrashed on looked down TILL THE END. Just stand up for yourself & don’t be too nice ffs. It’s always the others that backed up MC while he stand there not saying any words. That’s is the reason why he was being used & talked down to begin with. These writers really know how to give confidence & strength to antagonist but when it comes to MC, they always make it low SMH.
