K&J, notice the lake to the W of downtown Chattanooga (@ 7:10) along the TN river. It's Raccoon Mountain - a pumped storage hydro power plant is down inside the mountain. A great place to visit, pack a picnic and drive around the lake there are picnic sites. Another well done vlog. Blessings!

I flew from Marianna FL (up in the Panhandle North of Panama City) down to North Perry in Miami and back in our club's 172 yesterday. That was a LONG day of flying for sure.I made a fuel stop at Zepher Hills. What a nice airport. There was a guy polishing his newly bought plane. The FBO had closed so he very nicely offered to drive me into town to get some supper. Pilots are such good people. Thanks Eric.

@310 Pilot I don't have a license to fly but would love to one day... I enjoy watching you guys to get an understanding of many things about flying. One thing for you guys to know about, and I am sure some people have told you before. Many people in today's society don't have positive role models. Especially when it comes to married people. I think (could not be true) but from all appearances the love in your relationship and respect for each other shows through your interactions. Even if people don't get or understand flying and are curious, seeing a positive role model is more important than you may ever know...

Man I love your videos. My wife and I are taking a month's vacation, and heading south to look at putting a manufactured home on our 9 acres of land for retirement in about 6 years. Yep! We are driving. 1,770 plus miles one-way. I wish I had kept up with my pilot training, but the beer virus put a damper on things. I guess I'll have to start up again after I see what's going on with the purchase of a our new home. Keep loving each other and keep those inspirational flying videos coming.

As an ex-native Chattanoogian, the river you flew over is the Tennessee River. About 10 miles north of the airport is Chickamauga dam and lake. I don’t get back there much anymore but if you ever have time it’s a beautiful area to visit!
