My view on this is: 18 should never seem too young for anyone because inevitably their full grown adult humans by then period. If people are scared their people, family and friends will judge them over even a 10 year age difference they may make them want to reconsider. 17 and under can date (15 to 17 only should date) I don't suggest 17 year olds should copulate just yet. But if I had a date and it was going to get sensual/sexual I and for others would suggest (though it may sound/seem silly and specific) but if you love your boyfriend/girlfriend and they are 17, I would not say EVER have sex until they turn 18 tomorrow the next day or if you know they're birth time on their birth certificate that works too.
