I think your opinions perfectly encapsulate the problem habanos will face. With the old prices could have been worth it or not, depending on the taste of the smoker and personal choices, but a cigar like this for the same price of a Davidoff Winston Churchill plus an Aniversario 3? Really, really hard to justify, even with increased quality. I know it may be a bit lame talking money, but the truth is in reality amost everyone will make this kind of a judgment call. Can't escape the price/quality ratio in commerce. Not even Rolex or Ferrari could get away with this kind of behavior.

You are breathing the truth my brother , i’m fairly new to cigars i really love the Davidoff and Oliva , i wish i can try cuban epically a Cohiba but the prices and the most important the quality, really don’t worth it right now 💔

@@suddha1 i do really enjoy non cuban cigars there are a lot of solid options. And also they are treating the cigar rollers really bad in Cuba so that is also a good reason not to smoke a cuban cigar

@@idontknowwhattonameit9468 Yeah I'm 100% with you on that, just don't know how fair the wages are say in Nicaragua or Costa Rica either so it's hard to gauge unless you actually make a trip down there and ask the workers in factories.

That is a big cigar. I smoked a good chunk of one over the weekend. I had a hangover till about 5pm the next day. I had a soda, food, and water with it.

Thanks for a really good review. Interesting point to make. I always pick out lighter, less packed Cubans as I’ve found I have no/less draw issues. I’m going though a box of P2’s at present (great cigars) and the less dense always smoke better. Just my thoughts. Again, thanks for the content and keep it coming!

Can you please elaborate as to why you are storing your cigars at 62% vs 65% previously

I’m thinking to switch to 62% as well. The cuban cigars have a tendecy to attract mold. Less humidity less chance of mold. And on a personal note they actually taste better when dried a bit before smoking, unlike new world cigars. But that’s my personal prefference.

Tbh I have no experience with this. I know a lot of countries have restrictions on importing entire tobacco leaves as a private person, so I’m not sure if it’s entirely legal. Wish I could help out more with that!

you need to retrohaile to appreciate the cuban cigars because they are milder and no aftertaste like the new world after smoking, but there are very good new world also cheers
