Most certainly issues of who is sited first as far as Queens and Popes are concerned, is quite a trivial and insignificant matter. Petty subject for discussion. Both carry great historical weight, the Pontiff first indeed as the most ancient institution and the Queen as successor to the once British Imperial throne and now Commonwealth. A worth without religion is easier to go into anarchy and a world with religion has too much control over the world and can be a danger in itself. I would also like to point out that the Nazis followed many beliefs, which have influences from neo-pagan "sun worship" New Age beliefs and also catholicism. As for "extremist atheists" I find the very concept absurd, when has an atheist ever killed or committed martyrdom for his or her beliefs?
