Thank you for sharing your health troubles over the past few weeks. This has been a brutal winter with many people getting colds and flus too. We are a community so we offer support and well wishes to you. I recommend checking vitamin D levels straight away, this has a factor in auto immune conditions. They deplete in autumn and winter. I am anaemic and have fainted so I can relate to this part. I need to eat plenty to nourish my body. I never skip meals. I eat 2 eggs (they give us every vitamin and mineral apart from C) everyday with multiseed bread along with vitamin D tablets through the winter. I feel amazing after it. Nutritional yeast sprinkled over dinner is loaded with B vitamins and aids sleep. It really works, it relaxes the body and mind. One more thing is no caffeine or sugar after 2pm. It is too stimulating for the body and keeps it alert through the night. I hope this help, of course I don't know your situation. These things worked for me.

O.M.G Romina, I've been WAITING for a Bvlgari visit!!! I'm absolutely obsessed with their bags. I WISH we had a Bvlgari in Atlanta still... they closed before i even knew about them. I have two of their bags and the quality... unmatched. The bags are really like leather made with jewelry. That purple iridescent sholder bag was IT. My favorite. Wow thats rough having insomnia I've never had that exact problem but whenever I have a hard time sleeping I take Valerian root, either tea or in pill form. I tried taking melatonin but it gave me a headache. I know you've probably tried everything already, but on the off chance you hadn't heard of it I thought I'd throw it out there. That sucks about your condition. I had un-managed fibromyalgia and it really sucked while trying to figure out a treatment. Don't stress yourself, glad to have you back. I like the serpantine pouch. I like the bigger sizes, but for some reason i'm into the medium sized bags right now. The small would be a great evening bag. I love that dark chocolate croc bag. Fendi released a medium peekaboo in dark chocolate croc, it's stunning. When the app I'm building starts making money.

I'm in the same boat so I know how you feel...I have the auto-immune disease sclerodermia,and this last year it feels like it's out of control...nausea,dizziness,trouble sleeping,joint muscle sleep...etc...Allways put your health and your wellbeing first,and this channel after that...we need to make it about being "as good as we can be",as long as...with our healthissues🤗I'm happy you have something though,that gives you some joy💛take care...

I also suffer from autoimmune disease- Addisons disease and Diabetes 1. Sickness just comes, one day its there, and its not something one plans for. One is just forced to live with it. Its a good thing that you are seeing specialists- I am sure they will be able to help ❤️ please keep us posted! About the bags- I would like to have a Loewe bag- but not a rabbit bag- even though I am a rabbit mom. I would also like the Bulgari with the snake handle- the new one! Love snakes.

It’s okay Romina,sometimes you have to take your time.I had a few bad years with my health.Everywhere muscles pains,nauseous,tired all the time.Thank god i feel so much better now.I made so life changes,mentally but also was on the Medical medium protocol and took some good supplements.Just know,it will be better.Stay strong.

Oh love. Insomnia is a special version of hell. I'm so sorry. I suffered from it as well in my early 20s until, believe it or not, I had my first child. I'm not sure if it was hormones or just the sheer exhaustion from having a infant to care for at all hours, but it finally receded. I still have bouts of it occasionally but it seems to be related to stress levels. I hope you can get some relief. Lack of sleep can really torpedo your health and mental status. I know we all want you feeling good much more than we need luxury content. My bank account probably needs the break too, LOL. Thinking of you! ❤️❤️❤️

So sorry sweety. I also have insomnia for years. Every night I have to take strong medicines to help me fall asleep. Because of them I have nightmares and headache. When I’m very stressed or it’s full moon even medicines not help. Hope everything will work out for you. All the best❤️
