Okay everyone, if you find that your brain is telling you “normal people don’t *insert food behavior here*” Just remember that I don’t have an ED and I’ll often do things like eat two PB&J sandwiches for a meal, eat breakfast cereal as a snack, eat chocolate at random times in the day (sometimes multiple times a day), and sometimes I’ll just eat because I want to taste food and not because I’m physically hungry. In moderation, these things are not unhealthy. It’s all about balance! Not trying to “cure” y’all, just giving a daily reminder that we’re humans, not machines ❤️

Yep! Sometimes, I eat lunch for breakfast or a whole bottle of kefir (four servings) for a meal because, well, that's what sounds good and cooking is hard. No ED either, but disability. The only rule is: eat enough!
@anaemicroyalty05043 жыл бұрын
I sometimes eat so I don't have to throw out the food, I sometimes eat because I feel tired, sometimes I eat the exact same thing for a meal for several days because I like it so much, and one of my guilty pleasures is eating the cold food directly from the bowl before putting it in the fridge 😂 and I sometimes eat for my emotions, which is not ideal, but I'm not perfect... Sometimes I eat the weirdest things for breakfast, like cookies, cake, soup, pasta... I've eaten sugary cocoa powder with a teaspoon 😂 I've eaten from a dirty dish because I didn't feel like washing it. On more than one occasion. Name a weird eating habit - I've done it.
@sun-bleachedbones60273 жыл бұрын
@@StayGreenBDifferent I’m disabled too :) It can be so difficult to figure out what to eat when I have no energy, which is every day after work. Still, I try my very best to follow that one rule! Not fueling my body won’t help anything that’s for sure haha
