Okay, so first off, I love the way you say "stirring," secondly I adore your voice, thirdly this video is magnificent! This is a wonderful recipe for a gorgeous rompope... I'll probably throw tequila in mine, and I hope that's alright! This is absolutely gorgeous to look at and I imagine even better to taste! Wonderfully done Ana. Should you mix in the vanilla before serving to have more of the vanilla flavor. Instead of cooking it out?

Buenas tardes este rompope se ve delicioso, en mi pais Venezuela lo llamamos ponche crema, lo voy a preparar con tu receta que me parece mundial, solo tengo una duda en la receta dice que son 4 tazas de leche lo cual equivale a 1 litro, pero dice (2litros) cual es la cantidad de leche cierta, te agradeceria mucho la respuesta, gracias y muchas bendiciones desde Venezuela

Great video! I never had rompope and not a real fan of eggnog BUT this drink is AMAZING! So delicious. Brandy was my choice of spirit to add. Initially I tried it hot but preferred it cold after sitting overnight in the fridge. Plus with the whipped cream and cinnamon like you suggested - AWESOME!! I could drink an entire pitcher. LOL THX!

I tried your recipe with an American twist. I added bourbon to it. It was pretty dang fantastic. Then I felt I had to go back to my roots and add mezcal to another batch. Both versions were amazing.
