Ron and Fez - Dave's Wife Attacks A Show Sponsor

While an extremely pregnant Casey is at the doctor trying to get her water broken, Fez decides to attack her for some negative comments she made about a show's sponsor. This was the catalyst for the summer-long Fez vs. Casey feud that led to great (and tragic) bits like The Plan to Get Fez, The Sheepy Babysitter Incident, and The Machiavellian BBQ.
Also in this clip is some bonus audio about kids being too big strollers, Rainn Wilson ripping off East Side Dave, and a Carbonite live read.

Can anyone explain about the part at the start where Ron is joking about calling his wife, accusing her of being the shit talker. What does he say there? "Read the Riot Act" means to lay into someone. Ron said that he was gonna call his wife and "Read her the Riot Act" to chastise her for shit-talking a sponsor because Fez set the bit up by saying "SOMEone's wife shit-talked a sponsor." Ron knew that it wasn't his own wife who did it, but he was giving Fez shit for setting up the story with the annoying vague tease.
