@@seurynck Ron tried to save a dying radio show by using his on-air partner's neurosis as a comedy bit. Behind the scenes I truly believe Ron tried his hardest to make things work. Could he be a little hard on Fez? Absolutely! And there were plenty of times I wanted Ron to stand up for him but ultimately it was on Fez to make that stand for himself. There are probably a hundred stories about Ron going out of his way to help Fez.

Fez was very co-dependent but Ron was stable with the money - with Ron crossing boundaries and Fez accepting whatever emotional abuse his idol & friend gave him. Ron turning on Fez as he was increasingly unable to function on the job just made it worse as time wore on. What else would you get from someone who abuses interns into quitting rather than lift a finger and manage?
