Great looking facility. We can see all the work you put into it, and the great results you have obtained, as a result. Can't wait to see the rest of the facility. Keep up the great work.

Do you have to do anything special with the floor to handle all of that weight or is it a standard foundation you poured?

Do those 75s sit on top of the ibc totes or do the stands have legs which go to the ground

Are you using well water & is there a storage supply tank for the water? I live in Elberton Ga.& Love my well water! Thanks
@ronscichlids2 жыл бұрын
Yes we are on well water. No storage supply tank. Water comes into the tanks directly from the well.

Amazing work! What brand tanks do you use on top of the ibc totes?
@ronscichlids2 жыл бұрын
Glass cages. They custom build and drill them for us.

Question for you, in such a consistently humid environment, what measures have you taken to prevent/slow down mold/mildew growth in the building?
@ronscichlids2 жыл бұрын
the entire building is Spray foamed and theres 2 AC/Heat units. a 5 ton and a 2 ton. they keep the building at 85 degrees 24/7 there is Multiple dehumidifiers in the building pulling out extra moisture and alot of fans that recirculate air and keep things dry.

Hey Hunter, do you guys have any redundancy systems just in case your primary system fails for the air?
@ronscichlids2 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have 2 blowers, one runs the facility 24/7 and the other is a back up. It is already plumbed into the manifold right next to the other blower so all I have to do is turn a valve and flip a switch to have it run all the tanks.

How do you do it with all the waste these fish produce 😩😂 does the 50 to 100% WC get rid of the waste as well?
@ronscichlids2 жыл бұрын
on the drip system each tank gets 100% new water a day and sponge filters get cleaned monthly.

update website pls for 1.25-2.0in male peacocks
@ronscichlids2 жыл бұрын
We do not Sell males that small and no place should sell guaranteed males that small. 1.25" are tiny. We sell peacocks with color so the smallest size we sell males is 3"+
