B-Bots feel like something we’ll have in…5-10 years. You should see these robots that Amazon has recently made. Anyway, We’ve already cracked the secrets behind touchscreen, and we are already continuing to take it further. A robot that is pure touch screen like the b-bots feels freaky realistic.

*spoilers* Actually, the boy unwittingly caused the truck to almost crash ... which caused the B-bot that would become Ron to fall off and be damaged... And when they got to the store, it was already closing (and had a a three month waiting list)... so they bought the one from the delivery truck on account of it being damaged goods, and thus couldn't be sold in the store anyway. Though realistically the store would have had to return to get reimbursement.

I have a feeling the real villain is someone that worked for this company, got fired, build this rogue b-bot, put some dangerous virus inside it (that’s why he want to connect to network) and I have an hunch is the same guy that sold this fella to grandma. Also the ending would probably be the b-bot dies and the company give the kid a new one but with the same personality and memories of the old one.

With today’s tech, it’s all about data transfers and updates. Like if you buy an fake or faulty smartphone, it won’t connect their cloud, server, or company centralize network. That’s probably why Ron is so… ‘Stupid?’ Because he have no connection to their network for updates.
