Ronald Frankau: 'Lady, be Bad ?' (1937)

Ronald Frankau specialized in songs which were a bit near the knuckle. Though he did make many Variety performances he was more at home in cabaret where his audiences were less likely to be shocked. This song may seem quite tame now, but for 1937 its uncloaked exhortation to amorality is really rather advanced. Recorded 3 September 1937.
