i gave my life to Christ listening to this song in Spring of '94. I was alone in my dorm room. A friend had given me the tape, and it was my first time hearing it. I was struggling with what I perceived was God calling me to ministry. I wasn't living right and knew God wanted more from me. I heard this song and it pierced my soul. I cried like a baby... I thank God for Ron Winans and the gift of music to save my soul.

This song had the spirit of God on it. I remember listening to this song as a young woman trying to find a deeper connection to God. Years later, I haven't heard it on the radio in years. I was going to work and the cab driver had this song playing. I was having a really rough morning one of my co-workers, the day before give me a hard time. I didn't want to go in but I was listening to that song on the way and it gave me all the encouragement I need. It was like Jesus was telling me that he was with me. Something got to really wrong with you if you don't feel and get something out of this song and it's performance...The song has been around for a minute and I recall introducing it to the male chorus at my church in New York on Long Island.
