When i was 6 and that ad came out, I did believe it was real. Sad to see my favorite player retire. He made me love football and the boots from that ad are my favorite R10 boots. Now both of my idols have left the game. (Kaka and Ronaldinho).

@@pse161 takedown means that the quality and materials are lower grade than the higher models. There’s a tier list that goes in order of lowest to highest which is like club, academy, elite or something like that. And obviously the price is relative to the tier

Man you’re wrong about Ronaldinho being the first player to get a boot exclusively made for him by Nike. Ronaldo got his own first mercurials in the 98 World Cup. I know other players wore them in a different color way after the World Cup, but I’m pretty sure they were advertised in that World Cup as being exclusively his boots. No one else wore them in his his color way either.
