@@Khass-s I will explain brother, what is a chance? whenever a player shoots whether on target or not, is considered a chance, a player could be shooting with 4 defenders in front of him with no hope of scoring but it will still be recorded as a chance. So basically when said player has the ball and chooses to shoot, depending on where he is on the pitch, how far he is from the goal, how many defenders are there in front of him, basically all the factors which define 'difficulty' of scoring that shot are considered to give the xG of that shot out of 1, the easiest shot that can be scored will have the highest xG of 1 and the more difficult it would be like 0.1 or even lesser. So having a high xG can be accumulated by taking a lot of bad shots from a good position as well. basically meaning not able to finish well from good positions

The main problem is mid field and playmaking. Ronaldo doesn't need to match his teammates at his age but he is more of a motivational factor. His teamates need to play centrally and not only on the wings. Goal keeper's joob is to save goals whicg costa did brilliantly doesn't mean ronaldo is holding back the team.
