As the training supervisor spoke, President Reagan looked her in the eye, which means a lot. If someone doesn't look you in the eye, you don't make that connection and you also tend not to trust them. This is why President Reagan was known as "The Great Communicator."

great president....focused on symbols and unconscience observation of us....young black employees....encouraged by the POTUS.... but M.Reagan brought back the energy in the USA....enfin the Americans did themselves and he played very well on this trend
