Just a tip for anyone doing Cape peron, you definitely dont need a 76 or any high end 4wd. Me and my family did it in 2 stock pajeros and me in my 2003 rodeo. As long as you keep your tyre pressures low and your momentum up you'll make it

I'm finding lately that simplicity is a blessing. I bought a rooftop tent that sets up and down in 30 seconds, have a dual battery for lights and fridge in the back of the wagon wired to the tent, and 270degs of awning. I can be up and out in about 10 mins with no exhausting pack up.

We have a similar air station at the great sand dunes in Colorado and it's amazing how many people don't air down and cause problems. Also, would you like some eggs with your flies? Wow! there are a lot of flies. Although, I've been to places in Colorado where the mosquitos are that thick. No good. Thanks for sharing.

For what it's worth, I do like the basic setup. If the rear doors are able to open up a little more, then I would look at a simple drawer setup in the rear that has an incorporated fridge slide. Other then that I think you have it set. With all that said, what's the chance you can make a quick short on packing up the CrashPad Swag?! I have one myself and sometimes it is a pain to get back into the bag. Some tips would be great!

Another great video, the paddle boarding looked really good. For airing up/down could you do a video in which brands have reliable pressure readouts. I have tried a few gauges and none really accurate. I used to have access to a calibrated air system to check gauges to but no longer. My current gauge rubber seal is now showing signs of starting to wear so need a new one.

Hey Ronny ,I would like to see you take a basic model j 4x4 hilux and build it from scratch. This is the platform that most people especially newcomers to off roading start with and begin their build . These high end rigs are not in the budget for most beginners especially if they are going to start throwing modes at it . Old folks that have money aren't going to be out camping and laying in the dirt out on the trail so catering to the younger crowd is a way to increase your viewership and get more people into the sport.

Hi Ronny, I ask myself whether the auto-transmission is doing well with the change of the tyre size? Do you still see the car reaching the 6th gear while tar driving? Did you check the temperature of the gearbox while heavy driving on sand already? Also the temperature of the engine might get an issue what most likely the temperature gauge would not reflect properly since that one is somewhat compensated up to the point where it getś critical. Do you have any experience and comment on that? Thanks a lot!
