Right after watching that, you made a lot of first time at Nudgee (somewhat) good player errors. But not a bad effort for your first time. See you in a few months for Bulka? You need to see if you can beat 57 off the stick set by Tyler Duncan on the Bulka (I believe that was from the Orange or Silver tees)

Nice shots on the treacherous par 3 18th. Joel, I wanted to see you putt it. Well done Ron it was a real challenge on the front hitting into the sun.. I started watching this at 4am Pacific daylight time in Victoria BC Canada. A life time of sports has left me with a couple of niggles that wake me up almost every night. It's great when I see a Ron Chopper episode. We need more of them. Also I do like the Ron takes on the course format. Even though he was 4 over I think that was a good score on this track.

If he knew where to lay up or hit to he would have shot par or under. Few of those greens knowing where to play your second from is important due to the shape of the green and hazards etc around them.

Its an amazing golf course but man it was confusing as hell the first time figuring out which way you were meant to be hitting. Greens are wild but so pure that putting is actually nice. Hoke 18 is brutal, either in the water or end up on the top shelf and no whrre near the pin

Redcliffe is a good track. Avoid Virginia. Easy drive to Nudgee and two 18s so relatively easy to get on. Currently a waitlist but I think five day is available.

You can't just play 9 at Redcliffe without needing to walk a million miles back to the clubhouse and its always full so hard to get a tee time.
