The only thing I'd say is that she waited to long, she should have left UFC and went straight to hollywood right after her name got hot as a champion, go out on top is the saying. If Hollywood stop giving offers after awhile then jump straight into the WWE. I hope other male and female UFC champions and pros take note, the UFC to me seems like a young man's sport, as you get older and your priorities start to change, you should be looking to go out on top and not when you realize you can't beat the new person at the top.

womens mma has always been that way look at the first fight in 1997 for IFC or in Japan or strikeforce, eliteXC. heck mma as a whole has never changed since pride went under in. it never changed only the marketing. Dana saw a opportunity to cash in and he did. rousey was the strikeforce champion before it went defunct and womens MMA in the USA we a cash cow waiting to be exploited so why not feed a one trick pony its favorite treat and milk it. she never had to face any pure strikers in her short career only julia budd thats 1 for 12. the other 11 were wrestlers/jitsu/judo and in some case smaller opponents cause the wasn't enough classes for them to fight at. so in a nutshell rush them for the quick stoppage without ever establishing any sort of rhythm. this is the problem of fighter who fight for the quick finish. they cant establish rhythm and are exploited by strikers. fast forward to holms 1 of 2 losses. fight goes beyond the first all of her grapple attempts are punched out of or completely avoided. proceeds to get knocked out. get to nunes with her "improved boxing technique" shes crow hopping with stiff knees then panicks and tries to end it in the first with her "winning" gamplan of bullying with size and judo. and gets knocked out again. it never passed her by it was held back for her to succeed.

It's much harder than it looks to throw a believable punch in ring. In the world of pro wrestling we don't get take after take like on a movie set. Pro wrestling is one of the hardest disciplines to learn my friend. You learn to take bumps night after night, and take care of the person in the ring with you 4-5 days a week and some times more. Once your done in that city, make sure your on the next red eye flight to the next city as a living. Not saying we are harder to do than other professions because anything worth doing isn't easy. But all i'm saying is that if you can't do what we do my friend then don't throw shade. You don't throw shade at your favorite movie or television show do you? Show some respect please. People are forgetting that anything can happen in a UFC fight. The two women that knocked her out were choked and knocked out by two girls shes beaten, one of them being 14 seconds. I feel like she's more than athletic enough to be in the WWE and probably has one of the best resumes in the whole organization. Despite her two losses against world class fighters, she did have 7 title defenses and also won the bronze medal in the Olympics for judo. Between the male and female roster, I don't think there's many that are this proven in nonscripted sports.
