In Marion County, we still have Swap Meets and Flea Markets where we are allowed to sell small livestock and it keeps the animal rights activists from coming to our house and targeting us. They want to put an end to it all. They also want to make requirements for pet shops rediculous , microchips, tracking, paperwork on the sellers, requirements to take the rabbits back if they buyer decides to move. Requiring that rabbits be stored in a backroom during 2 months for Easter. That State Inspectors be given immediate access at any time to inspect the Rabbits and their records. And they slip in at the end of the bill that commercial farms should have "appropriate facilities" to raise rabbits. So, that's leading to inspecting ALL homesteads that raise and sell rabbits. It turns homesteaders into Pet Shops. Its gestapo like authoritarianism.
