The thing with argentina is like a non announced bond that we have between countries. Many immigrants at the beginning of 1900 they moved to argentina so lots of them have italian backgrounds. In Italy there's no Blood and Crips the color of flags are just for represent rappers so for music videos or the color they be dressing. Rondo got the blue, Shiva got the red (even if in his songs he got green, yellow and purple flags) Artie Five always been red from his first song so i think Rondo (which is beefing w Shiva) said let's do a Song with this guy (before the Rondo feats Artie wasn't famous) which is more serious about his color than Shiva. But flags are just to represent rappers in fact in 7zoo Rondo got the blue but Keta have the green (as you can see in the STURDY video a guy wearing all green) so don't pay attention about the colors.

bro in Italy red or blue bandanas are not used as in America to differentiate rival gangs (bloods or crips), in fact as the rondo itself suggests if you are strong and real it does not matter what color represents you.
