Ronin MX Setup and Balancing

im really struggling to balance my ronin mx. Just when I think I've got it fairly dialled it vibrates like mad, the app is saying im 4 degrees out on some axis. I don't understand how when I can have balanced to a degree where it will remain static(unpowered in practically every position. ridiculous, considering refund

Did you resolve it somehow? Happens to me as well, MX is well balanced when turned off, cam stays in any position. When I turn the MX on, vibrates like crazy...
