Saw Ronnie perform this in 1980 with my then boyfriend. We got married and had it played at our wedding. Our son is now a man and has left home....we didn't realise how meaningful it would be but it struck a chord with both of us all those years ago.. I cannot listen to it without a few tears 😢

By Far one of if not the greatest song of my life. Now I look back when I first heard it I was 15 years now 2 GENERATIONS ahead 6 Children all grown and on their own and 7 Grand children.
