I am so proud of Ron. And kudos to Mike for keeping in contact with Ron. Mike has been where Ron is. Mike was in a very dark place. He got sober and changed his life. I’m so very happy & glad Sammi & Justin left way before Ron showed up ! I feel so completely bad for Sammi because I can most definitely look at her & tell she’s really done with Ron & that she doesn’t want anything to do with him nomore after everything she been through with his cheating ways, his lying ways, his manipulative ways & the fact that he played her & manipulated her, cheated on her multiple times on national television & he literally broke all of her stuff that she really worked so hard. A relationship is 2 people. Sammi may not have been toxic in the ways that Ron was, but she was toxic and they BOTH were not healthy for each other. Whatever they’ve been through is clearly in the past where it should stay. No one is perfect and no one is exempt from growth, change and redemption and I feel like if we can have compassion and empathy for Mike then we should do the same for Ron. People need to stop putting Ron down to uplift Sammi because not once in this sit down with them did he mention her. Just as she isn’t thinking about him I guarantee you he isn’t thinking about her either.

My father was like Ron. My mother told me that once I was born he went to rehab for a year and a half and came back with a new purpose. She did not believe he changed but she gave him the benefit of the doubt and realized he did changed for me and his family. Maybe Ron is changing for his daughter. Children can be powerful in someone’s life.

Agreed. I was child number 6 and my dad had been an alchaholic for over 20 years. When I was 7 he went to rehab after hearing I had been abused and never drank again. It's been over 30 years now

Sammy is the best thing that’s happened to this show since it began. She bridges all of the gaps and is the most emotionally evolved of them all and sets a high bar on how to treat others. She consistently shows up as a class act. There is no way she and Ron can do this show at the same time. He is too toxic for her well-being. So, I hope the producers realize that drama Ron brings is not good for ratings the way the stability Sam brings is. Everyone loves having Sam back. All of the girls love her, which is RARE with this crowd. She has earned everyone’s respect. Hopefully they decide that stability outweighs drama ratings. Ron isn’t inherently evil but he is an abusive person who will need a lot more therapy than he has had in order to be truly stable and healed. I wish him well, but he needs to double it down and keep going before he can return. Even Mike slipped back and became his old self in many ways….healing takes time.

I think it’s absolutely amazing that Ron took the time to express himself, and in a sense ask for forgiveness. Mental health and substance use can have a profound effect on someomes life in a negative way. He's taking the steps to repair/rebuild his life. We all struggle in our own ways..Ron went on that show in pain from a tragedy. In my opinion it manifested itself inside his soul.. He’s a human being like the rest of us. The day you truly face yourself and take accountability to you and all that you love is the biggest step forward. Each person in that room can take notes. We all deserve forgiveness and a chance for change.. Life here on earth is a learning experience to grow and evolve in our spirit so we can raise our vibrations spread love, ideas kindness onto the next.. I hope they all heal and make more great memories together. You cannot take anything with you accept what you build in your soul…. Ron that had to be hard but I always saw your heart in there… Thank you for being so vulnerable that’s strength and definitely growth!!!

Bc he lost everything his job that he loved, his cast mates, and other people that care about him. He didn't just have an altercation but he physically knocked someone out. He could have killed her. It's beyond me how they just let him back in. This dude has had millions of chances. I remember the time on OG Jersey Shore when Ronnie called his dad to come visit, because he was upset about Sammi. Meanwhile, he had been awful to her, but really skated past all that with his dad. But the thing that always stuck out to me was that his dad was not the least bit shocked to get the call or have to come immediately. It seemed like it was the norm. Ronnie was a mess long before the show. And Sammi needs to count her blessings things went no further with him. I have a good friend right now that is trying to divorce an abusive narcissist. He is putting her through the ringer!! He is so furious that she left him. One day he’ll be crying and begging. Then the next day he’ll use their children as weapons try to get her back. He has made calls to all her friends and family, lying about her. He also lies their children. And don’t even get me started on the stalking and restraining orders. She has a great job and is really trying to rebuild her life with her children. He just won’t let up. But for many years, it appeared they had the perfect life. She confided in me how horrible he’s been all along. So I knew it was all a facade. But most people believed they were so happy. People like he and Ronnie are dangerous. And more so when they don’t get their way.
