"How can you take it too serious?" Alot of people are still traumatized by the loss of Bennington, and people that don't know the real you hear these lyrics and worry that another cry for help is being put out in the world and the lot of us are just along for the entertainment. Artists can be tortured people so you never really know when someone you idolize is on the outs. I dunno man, think of it as people just love the shit out of you and they wanna know you're in a good place.

I really like the mental health awareness. I’m a vet that struggled pretty bad for years after I came home, spent a few years in prison for drugs etc. It used to be “weak” to even admit you struggled and slowly but surely were changing the stigmas associated with mental health and substance use disorder. The fact that he’s doing it with his music and platform… I can’t even fathom how important and awesome that is. Much respect.

🖤Here’s the thing about Ronnie: there are artists that break all boundaries and rules. By that I mean there’s no restrictions to self expression in the most raw & real kind of way, especially when it comes to mental health. Outsiders who are closed minded or don’t know Falling in Reverse would dismiss this self expression as dangerous or “too much”. Ronnie is this artist. I connect with Ronnie on so many levels that I feel understood & never alone in my struggles which is so so rare in my opinion. His dedication to fans & his music is unmatched. This song hit all kinds of unhealed wounds inside that I’m currently working on and will definitely be a life long favorite of mine. I have found myself trying to find a similar band that offers this same affect Falling in Reverse has given me, and there is absolutely no one like them. The music, the visuals, the lyrics go so perfectly cohesive together. Ronnie if you’re reading this, thank you for being so unapologetically authentic & incredibly talented. 🖤

I love how reactors get so many different vibes from Ronnie's videos. Depending on who you watch, it's "Doom Eternal" vibes or "Matrix" vibes or "Walking Dead" or whatever. It's almost always different. The funny thing is EVERYBODY has this vibe or that vibe from another artist one way or another. Even the early R&B and early rock artists had their own inspirations from less well-known sources, but since the internet has become so prevalent in our culture the inspirations for artists' music are more recognizable than in generations past.

People are taking it too serious because it's fucking mastepiece, I'm in love with this song and how chill, normal person you are, lots of love
@CarlYota Жыл бұрын
It’s the lyrics. You can pull a fire alarm and then tell people it’s a joke and have them get it after you tell them. But you don’t get to say it was “so obviously not serious.” Well you can say it but it’s not true. If it was just the over the top violent video that would be one thing. But when you combine it with these lyrics it’s going to raise eyebrows. The lyrics alone are what is initially concerning, not so much the video. I think the lyrics imply a heavier more serious interpretation than Ronnie was intending if his message was simply hypochondria.

The more I see this music video the more Hollywood annoys me. Like this is a half serious, half fun video and has as good or better moves as a great deal of Hollywood movies. I'm sure this video wasn't made on the lowest of budget but it is for sure nowhere near the budget of movies. If the filming crew and Ronnie (either him in person or a stunt double) can get those moves look good, and choreography fit the vid, how a lot of Hollywood action can't is beyond me. But then again, FiR vids always seem to be very well thought out and executed, which is awesome specially in light of Ronnie mentioning how he dislikes making these. Great job, I hope some other bands are making notes.
