Thank you. My concern was. When the lighter is full. RAV-2001 GAS BURNER. MY Lighter must had been full. FasFil 5X PREMIN BUTANE To fill gas Lighter. I bought this lighter to light Cigars in windy condition.

Thanks Wayne. It would be nice to see it in an actual use such soldering or fastener removal. I personally like a mini torch that allows hands free in a stand.

I would also like to see it be hands free. The older version had that option but not the current version. I would have been outside and demonstrated using it but it was about 25 degrees that day. Mine has a very hard trigger. Until watching this video I had never got it to work. Thought it was because I wasn't filling it right. Would be nice to know when there was fuel in it. Didn't know it had igniter.. was trying to start it with a lighter. If it wasn't for Wayne, it would've ended up in the trash.

What about using this for burning weeds that don't kill by means of a chemical weed killer? Has anyone tried this?

Okay I thought I had to have the plastic adaptor piece but I guess I don't but is there certain fuel I need I'm using a mix of butane and propane 70% 30%

Some do come with several adaptors but I fill mine without one. The standard refill bottles of butane fit the port for refilling. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.

I bought one of these things recently and I think it sucks. I've filled it and it will not ignite. The child safety lock mechanism sucks. It should've been placed elsewhere as some sort of slide similar to the flame size slider or the air mix slider. Unfortunately I no longer have the receipt so I'm out $20. At least the two cans of butane I picked up aren't a total waste of money as I can use them when I find a butane torch that actually works. Lesson here is that Ronson makes a shitty product and should be kept far away from.

Junk. Flame is ok, but childproof safety sucks. Hard to operate.

I bought one, and I'm sorry already. This has what is called a dead man switch. You cannot control it how you want. Two thumbs down on this one.

I would NOT waste money on it. I can’t believe a company would release a poor design like this. I paid $20 and change. I wish I didn’t. So I ran the fuel out, then whipped it against the ground. I kicked the busted pieces into the sewer drain. What a waste material, and money. It really is a SOB trying to hold down the beaver tail safety, and pull the trigger without your trigger finger sliding down the slanted trigger. I wish I bought one more, I want to smash another one.
