Man, such a nice, short video, many are too long, but then with a hot dog?... Don't get me wrong, Everyone likes hot dogs but this is made with a sausage like a polish sausage or something coarse ground with visible chunks of fat and slightly spicy... I'm using debreziner sausages because they are similar and what I have on hand. But I think any polish sausage will work. I see some people using andouille sausage as well and that won't work either, spices are way too strong...

Oh I don't know about that, I think them andouille sausages kick up the game the little bit.

No unfortunately, but we use Hebrew National all beef franks and cannot tell a difference from the original at the parks. Hope that helps!

ryan pervola yeah tried finding them in the right size, but hard to find. Hot dogs were a lot more accessible and don’t end up tasting too different with all the different flavors going on. Let us know if you find any better options!
