although there are so many variables, like wind and diving west is worse then driving East etc, I finally did a long trip without anything and amazingly using a deflector was nearly the same as what I was getting without anything on top. but we are only talking about 4-5 more MPG. or a gallon or $3.50 every 100 miles

Nice job. So when you did your test back home with and without it, what was the final verdict on how much gas that saved you?

Thank you for asking. Actually I am in the process of redoing that video. Interestingly i am presently on my second test run (500mile+) this time so far on this run between 4 to 5 mpg more (22 to 26.5mpg) but I thought it was more last time.
