I lived in TX for 30 years. New roof and new windows every couple of years...like clock work. Weather is just that bad... no fraud activities required.

Do not imply you can tell how a crease was formed simply by the way it has a "bow" in it. There is sediment and debris under the creases as well, which could very well point to them having formed by a wind damage.

Hmm I guess old roofs can only have the wind blow from one direction for how ever long it was installed for. It’s impossible I guess how storms only blow one direction at all times😂😂😂 where did you come up with this crap? This is the reason so many people get screwed by there insurance. Insurance companies and roofers are only in it for them selfs. And 85% don’t know a roof from a hole in the ground.

Doesn’t matter if the homeowner is paying for a RCV policy. It’s the insurance company’s responsibility to indemnify the homeowner.

How old is that roof? Alot of people have walked up there those Architectural shingles are worn down. Plus are you an insurance company let them pay their deductible and get yalls money

The insurance company should honor the roof replacement under vandalism and the fact that the roof is unrepairable and attempt to go after the roofer that was on the roof prior to the claim inspection.

Agreed. Insurance company owes for the roof under V&MM. People will argue about the age of the roof, but if the policy holder is paying for RCV, it doesn’t matter. Pay to fix the roof, and subjugate the roofing company who vandalized it.
