Wasn't this song already in a metal style? One thing I loved about the soundtrack to this game was the diversity of genres and styles all performed and mimicked through vocals. Spiralmouth is both talented and comprehensively understands musical repertoire, especially heard when they quote famous common practice period repertoire.
