In this quick stretching routine we will enjoy the fresh air, while doing some yoga stretches and other stretches!
Yoga stretches (and any other kind of stretching/ mobility exercises) are great to feel good and work on a proper posture, but always remember: Stretching is all about patience! Do not push yourself to hard, we should treat our bodies kindly! Just stick to the exercises and bit by bit you will realize, that your flexibility will get better!
