Why would they have her pregnant if the baby not be sams. I don't see marlo as that type. They wouldn't have her make point of saying it was no one else if that was the case. Just sounds like she missed some days on her pills or something. I feel sorry for her. She doesn't want ruin sam happiness but she is right he does deserve to know.
