The cop being so young that he didn't know who Justin Timberlake was is honestly the most hilarious part of the entire situation, Justin's friends really were trying to pull the "do you know who this man is" card and the cop literally said "I know he's driving drunk in the Hamptons"

People don’t understand “do you know who I am” makes everything worse. It makes you look self inflated and also triggers people’s jealousy and loathing. It's definitely been one of the big questions lately. I mean, one person feels racist hatred in their very soul, which is pretty damning, but then you've got someone who is just racist enough to not care that they're hurting an entire community for a quick buck. It's like, they're less racist but possibly making up for it with sheer callousness. I honestly can't say which is worse. I guess the only tiebreaker I can think of is, if a racist learned to accept that they were wrong, they'd stop and maybe even try to make amends, while an opportunist would just go, "Don't care. Cop did give him a pass initially based on the friends. It was the cops understanding that of the friends who showed up multiple were sober and one was going to drive him home. So he originally let it slide on that basis. Then like 5 minutes later he sees Justin driving his own fucking car again, pulls him over a second time and that's when he went to jail. btw, this officer, who was initially willing to let the DUI slide due to a change to a sober driver, has also had a few articles detailing complaints from residents of the town essentially calling him a "hardass" and a "menace" because he apparently never lets things slide, and has built a reputation out of it in just THREE MONTHS as an officer, and the residents of this rich ass town don't like that for obvious reasons.

From an old doc to a newbie - you've got this 👍 It's going to get rough, sometimes you're going to question why you're doing this to yourself but, ultimately, it is worth it - I promise. Some advice: Always listen to your patients - they are your best resource and, if you truly listen, they will tell you things that will save you (& them) a lot of stress; Asking for help is OK - nobody knows everything, no matter how much they argue to the contrary; Patients respect honesty far more than attempts to BS them... Always remember that you never truly know who is in front of you - they may be listed as an office worker, but they may also have 20 years of nursing under their belt, or be married to someone with extensive knowledge; If you're not sure what level to explain something at, just ask your patient. I find that saying "it's my job to make sure you understand this, so please tell me if I mess up and don't make things clear, or if I'm not giving enough detail" puts patients at ease and makes them more likely to speak up and say "I don't understand" or "I have a chemistry degree, can I see my bloodwork results?"; and, lastly, just be yourself - don't put on the "all-knowing doctor" act. You don't need it, because you're good enough as you are. You got this far by being yourself.... Best of luck with the exams and welcome to the profession 😎 P.S. If you haven't found him already, look up Dr Glaucomflecken on here. He's hilarious and he'll help you feel seen and not alone 💕

A cricket alarm was definitely intentional. I can see it going off once and like everyone would do that person would’ve hurried to silence their phone but instead he let keep going at time when no one is laughing so people could hear it but for Josh to flip it on him and make a joke out of it was awesome.
