Here’s a suggestion: If you want to add color to your room, then I suggest that you change out those pillows to something more colorful so that they don’t seem out of place. For example, you can add pillows that are mustard, dark green or blue colored to your bed instead of pink so that they match the aesthetic you’re look for more. This will also make the green plant on the ceiling pop and just make everything fit together nicely(: you can also hang up colorful paintings on the wall, this will give your room more character. Color schemes you can use for your room: - Fuchsia, Light Blue, Amber - Royale blue, Beige - Baby Pink, White, Gray (there are many more you can do Of course!) Hope this helps! P.s I am NOT an interior designer, this just what I personally think.

I really liked the colours on the blue and yellow pot so maybe do a light blue since the rest of your room is very soft with the lights and all the white! Also, another point is that you probably need to re-pot the big plant in the ceiling, that way you will get a bigger plant (more space for roots) and you don't have the hook it came with!

I'm not fan of yellow (in any shape/shade/form) but that carpet fits perfectly with your room. I think your going for a more minimal instagram aesthetically pleasing vibe, with all the natural soft tones you have chosen I would love to see a pop of color. a burgundy carpet (alternative for the winter) or something at the walls..

Hey Heather! (hope I spelled your name right). In my opinion, I don't think that the color of the yellow carpet matches your room. I was thinking of a blush pink carpet to match the pillows on your bed. Any whites, light greys, and tan/cream would work well too. Your bed is the main part of your room and the biggest thing in your room so you want the rest of the room to match your bed. Hope this helps!! I have been such a huge fan of yours for a while and I would love love love it if you notice me. Your videos put a smile on my face every time I watch them and I wish you well during these crazy times.

I kinda think you should get a tiny light coral/pink, fluffy carpet instead! it would bring a hue of warmth into your room, and match some of the warm-colored items in your room already. also, it´ll help bring out a more aesthetic look for your room. but overall it looks great! (plz notice meh-)

I actually like the moving videos. I dont think ive seen canadian shopping videos before, and I would like to see more. I live in the US and would like to compare. I like the yellow side of the rug, it matches the laundry hamper and the big pot with yellow you bought. You might see it as a bit of ugly as you have beige and white primarily on that side of the room, but if you mayve got a picture with yellow, blue (to match the throw on ur bed) and beige, it might even it all out.
