I am so sorry Britt but I agree with Jared about that rug, it looks stained and faded. When you said a small make over I expected little pops of color like Navy blue or something with a pattern. Your apt.'s base colors are light beige, creams and off whites so just about any accent color would work. I still think that wine color suit look good on Jared.

I liked him in the plum suit jacket- looked great with his colouring and matched his personality- and that rug was just so washed out looking, it looked like. an old family rug that was kept b/c it was expensive but it was just looking more worn out and dirty over the years.
