ahhhhh!! the long awaited room tour / makeover / move in vlog !! I don’t know why but this has taken me AGES to film and edit and I do apologize for the delay I feel like half the footage is really old but alas here we are. In all honesty I’m still not 100% there (both with my room and the edit of this video lol) but I think if I spent any longer looking at it I would go mad. anyway I hope you enjoy me ramble about my room and put up various plants - this video isn’t to brag or anything - actually minor disclaimer I do pay for all my own living here in dublin and I realize I am very lucky to have this place - it truly does feel like a dream everyday. let me know if you’d like a college / dublin specific Q&A I’d love to do one!!

10:20 haha I actually think the wardrobe is adorable, def my vibe haha! Ooh also with the whole "plants purifying air" thing, it's a myth. Okay, so an explanation; plants outside definitely purify the air!! But indoor plants don't purify the air enough to make any difference to the quality. You'd need to literally pack the space with plants (so there'd be 0 furniture or much room to move really) to make a difference to the air. The same principles apply to the "plants releasing carbon dioxide" myth! Hope this made sense,, your room is gorgeous BTW :) ✨ 💞

Hi! If you're still taking sugestions for the wall you could make high shelves por stourage or put on some fairy lights to add cozyness in the room, they fill up the wall but without making it cluttered since it's very close to your bed. Loved the video ;)

Søstrene Grene has one of the most aesthetically pleasing products ever. Whether it be small decor or stationary. Everything is so cheap on top of that, especially here in Denmark. Plants legit don't take away oxygen, they use CO2 for them and get out O2 aka oxygen its basic, it purifies the air and that's actually proven so yeah I've even seen my science teachers say that so

this room is dreamy - you did such a great job with it!! i had tall ceilings in my last apartment and they are SUCH a struggle to decorate; if you're still looking for ideas, i ended up hanging a long tapestry (actually just a piece of chinese indigo dyed fabric - asian households sometimes are just the best places to thrift :')) to fill some of the vertical space, and that did the trick!
