It's quite a small room, but the dual window setup and the size of the window really allows a lot of light coming in to create a bigger room than it actually is.

Thank you for the review. I have a question regarding suitability of this light foe a use I have and thought to heft your advice. I am Usually spending 4-5 hours a day in conference calls from a small office. I thought to get this light and a soft box as key light. But not sure if it is going to be too much for the eyes.

The abyss right in front of the keyboard shocked me. It seems that you have a keyboard only to press it a couple of times, and not to type some long texts. Because hanging your arms in the air will not allow you to do this for a long time.
