When was your trip to Maldives?... Did you observe any anti India/Indian sentiment in the local people specially after this India-Maldives political spat. Just want to know as I also a planned trip in Feb

We are working residents in maldives, Since August 2023. And regarding the anti Indian sentiment it's basically a vote gathering gimmick played by one group of political parties and there are both set of people, who are with them and also against them. And if you are planning the trip it wouldn't be an issue as mostly in resorts everyone are foreigner and you very rarely find locals working so shouldn't be an issue, to best of my knowledge and belief.
