Yep... married to a Bisaya woman for about 20 years. The thing that made it easiest for me about learning Bisaya was finding out verb tenses just plugging in words around them. Once I figured out Pag,, Mag, Nag, and Naga...it was fun just to make all sorts of sentences. My wife still laughs and my teenagers think I sound stupid when I have fun with learning!

Hey, Bret! You should feed Butter primarily with wet food and let her have the kibble at night before you guys go to bed. The kibble is good for cleaning her teeth but it has a lot of salt and additives, so give her about a quarter of what you’ve been giving her. Wet food, on the other hand, is pricey but it has a higher moisture content, which will help in bringing more water into her system to flush out the urinary crystals. It also prevents dehydration. As for the medicine, try administering it with peanut butter to mask the smell. Hope Butter feels better soon. Cheers!
