Having night classes as well as classes the next days is truly draining. Asmr is one of the biggest reasons as to why I am able to sleep. My caffeine intake has gotten much more since I started night classes for extras credit and improving my grades for the end of my semester, and because of that I struggle with sleeping. Asmr helps SO MANY people is many different ways, I just happen to listen to it so I can fall asleep everyday.
