Hi.. As a minimalist... this design layout is my ideal environment.. I like the neutral colours.. especially the light wood. I would be very comfortable here.. both visiting as a guest and living here if the place were mine.. the music instruments space is sweet.. as a musician I like this.. music should always be welcomed at home. 小上がり、いい感じです。そこをキッズスペースにしたのは正解だと思います。散らかすんですよね、子どもは。床材も、各部屋で工夫されていますね。 イラッとくるTV配線を、階段下の収納にしまった知恵は、素晴らしいです。アウター掛けのバーがあるのも、助かりますね。 おうち全体を淡色でまとめられて、子供服も大人服も淡色系、おもちゃのピアノやお馬さんもベージュで、淡い夢のようなお宅です。

I defintly LOVE this the only tip that i can give is to (as you said) make the bedroom up for the children and make a split so they both have ther own room .. What i mean is make a wall in the center of the room and make a door kinda in the wall so they can have a room for themself. The door in the wall for example can have a lock and you can buy a door wich demps sounds.
