How did u figure out the skull/wig arrangements? They dont make any sense to me at all

We have to ignore the wig placement, instead focus on the other features of the skulls. On the picture on the side of the wardrobe, the first skull with the short brown hair is the only one with a smile. So we have to place the mannequin head with the smile in the similar position on the shelf. The second skull has a mole on the right upper side of its mouth. So we have to put the head with the mole in that position. Similarly with the other skulls, notice the blue and the green eyes and position the heads in it's respective positions on the shelf.
