Towards the end, when they are talking about crane machines and the like - Those machines have a dial in the control box which dictates the probability of you winning. The arcade owners set the dial to a number between, say, 1 and 20, and then when ever the dial hits that number a the claw works better and allows the player more chance of winning. So if the dial is set to 11, every 11th try will be more successful.

That Invincibility cheat wasn't just difficult to get. There was a certain path you HAD to take, while moving in a certain way you HAD to move, and the worst part? It came down to luck. There was a certain character you had to interact with as part of the mission, and there were two possible places he could be. Only one of those places was along the path necessary to beat it in 2 minutes.
