Great polished vid! Only small thing i noticed is that for the Eyrie the build order card is mouse suited but the roost was put on a fox clearing so technically it would have turmoiled then and there.

Oh, poo! You're right -- I'll pin you so others can see the mistake. Thanks!

“Eyrie as the rebel alliance” isn’t that… the woodland alliance?

When showing how to build a roost, you take a mouse build action from the decree to build in a fox clearing. This is wrong, as the clearing has to match the decree card suite.

I'm learning this game right now and this confused me
@Faalhang7 ай бұрын
In that case, if you can’t build a roost in a mouse suited clearing, you fall into turmoil right?

Please continue to make them for the new factions . they're so great for quick reminders when you haven't played with a faction for a while.

Thank you for the overview of the two factions. Your video almost answer my knacking question. As Eyrie, first you put Rabbit and Bird into the "Move" decree leaving "Build" empty. When you perform all actions up to "Build" which has no card. Do you fall into Turmoil?
@LonelyManBGs5 жыл бұрын
So on their turn, the Eyrie needs to perform an action (corresponding to the suit) for every card in the decree. The only time that they fall into Turmoil is if they can't (or won't) perform one of those actions.

@@LonelyManBGs Thank you very much. That finally clear things up nicely =)

I played this with my friends having read the rules myself. I misunderstood a couple things... I thought that Eyrie got 1 additional point for crafting, and I thought that whenever you fought, you got victory points for *each* piece you remove. I was the one playing Eyrie, and let's just say, we thought something was fishy when I won with double the victory points of two other players
@Akron1625 жыл бұрын
Do you have to discard the cards of the decree each turn or they keep stacking?
@LonelyManBGs5 жыл бұрын
Yep, the cards keep stacking allowing for more and more actions until the Eyrie fall into turmoil, at which point all are removed and a new leader is chosen.

When crafting, for the cat, as it uses workshops to craft. If the cost is two, does the cat need two workshops in two ruled clearings to craft? Or only one workshop in two ruled clearings? The cost means you need the clearings, or both the clearings and the workshops inside?

I'm a new owner of this game with a quick question about moving units. In the general rules, moving is allowed if one is ruling an initial clearing or the destination clearing. That much is clear. What I'm trying to understand is if each faction moves in the same way (simply with the general rules for and against being able to move) or, for example, would the Marquise's de Cat's ''March'' ability count as a completely separate and alternate way to move your units? In other words, is using "March" in fact the only way this faction moves it's units? I want to make sure I'm completely clear on this. Anyhow, thanks for a great series of videos!
@LonelyManBGs4 жыл бұрын
Yep, so in order to move, the March action must be taken for the Cat faction. Otherwise, the units don't move.
@vunderbar93 жыл бұрын
I realize you've probably had your question answered long ago, but I want to clear things up anyway. The description for the march action is "take two moves", so the march action itself technically isn't affected by movement restrictions, because really its just an instruction to take a different action twice. Those two moves must still conform to ordinary movement rules, however.
@LamLam-oj3qz3 жыл бұрын
How about moving? Can the cat choose to do two March during daylight? Also can woodland alliance use two officers to move twice?
@SacredBlazeXxX3 жыл бұрын
Greetings, one of the Eyre leaders state that you will win an extra point each time you remove an enemy unit (the text may differ since mine it's on Spanish). My question is, do you gain a extra point per enemy unit removed or just one point per battle won?
@xkevinsadventuresx78753 жыл бұрын
2 questions... (1) I have a question in the build phase. Let's say you have a bird wild card, and the entire board is filled (no empty spots for roosts to be placed)... do you still go into turmoil? (2) Can you get rid of roosts by battling them? If so, does the roost get placed back onto the player's board?
@Anttown1232 жыл бұрын
Yes they go Into turmoil u have to fight to open up a spot to build. No u cant.
@alexandrerezenderibeiro39105 жыл бұрын
My question is: If i want to put one card only in the decree, it must be a bird card? If i dont have it i need to put two card in my decree?
@ixis4 жыл бұрын
(This is an old post) no. The first card in the decree slot doesn't matter. In fact, you resolve all cards in a decree in any order, so you don't need to worry about what's first or second.
