I wish I could remember. This was such a long time ago. If you’re going to use their hair color and aren’t sure what color to get, I would message them a picture. That’s what o did and they matched me really well.

Thank you for this video. I needed something like that as I am new to eSalon as well. For your ends touch up, did you follow STEP 2: REFRESH & BLEND YOUR END? I am afraid that if I do it I will mess up my highlights.

I’m so sorry for not getting back to you. I somehow missed your comment. I didn’t do anything to my ends. My stylist didn’t even want me to color my hair at home so I only touched up my roots. 😉
