To anyone watching this pls don't do that complicated method. Instead make x=1/a and then rearrange to make a=1/x and put it in the equation

Wouldn't 5/2 divided by 3 be 15/2

No. The answer is 5/6. Multiply the top and bottom of the fraction by 2 or perhaps use a calculator.
